Since 1999, Zarko Akrap has been passionately involved with Restaurant Allod Park, serving as Managing Director and Host since 2016. The native Croatian from the island of Brač is not only an experienced restaurateur but also a passionate skier. With his open nature, his many years of experience, and his love for hospitality, he ensures that guests from all over the world feel at home at Allod Park.
